Player and Mascot Appearances

Player and mascot appearances are an essential part of the South Carolina Stingrays' community outreach efforts. The Stingrays organization thrives on the opportunity to positively impact the Lowcountry community, and are available for appearances throughout the season.  Players are available for appearances during the months of October 2022 through April 2023.

Due to the large volume of requests, those submitted at least 30 days in advance are considered and all appearances are based on availability.

Organizations seeking a player or mascot appearance should follow the following criteria:

•  Completed request forms should be received at least 4 weeks prior to event date.
• Once the request has been received by the South Carolina Stingrays, you will receive a letter by email confirming or denying your request.
• Please note that completing the Stingrays Appearance Request Form does not guarantee an appearance.
