G.O.A.L. Program

This program strives to educate local kids on ways to live a healthier, more sustainable and fit lifestyle. This booklet holds important information and fun activities that will teach our youth ways to be healthy, be sustainable, and be STRONG. Check it out to find ways to enjoy a fun workout, how to plan a day full of healthy meals, and things you can do to keep our environment clean!
