Devin is in his third year with South Carolina and has scored three goals in eight games with the Stingrays this season. The forward has history with the Rampage, having played in 18 contests with the team during the 2011-12 season. While in San Antonio, Devin had two points (one goal, one assist) and 13 penalty minutes.
