Stingrays Donation Requests
The South Carolina Stingrays are dedicated to playing an active role in the community. The Stingrays organization realizes the important role we play in the community and the responsibilities that go along with making Charleston and the surrounding areas a better place to live.
We are proud to support a wide range of charitable organizations each year through charitable donations. In an effort to help us assist as many local charitable organizations as possible, we ask that each organization submit only one donation request per year. Unfortunately, we do not make monetary donations.
The Stingrays are thankful for the large amount of interest from local organizations to be involved in fundraising efforts throughout the community. If you are interested in a donation for your event, please adhere to the following guidelines described below. These guidelines have been developed as a way to create consistency and fairness to organizations that seek support.
-A Stingrays Donation Request Form must be filled out in its entirety. Be sure to include the Federal Tax ID number (if applicable). Incomplete forms may result in the inability to process your request.
-Requests must be received four weeks prior to the event date.
-An event letter/flyer on organizational letterhead must accompany the Stingrays Donation Request Form.
-We will respond to each request no later than two weeks prior to the event. All decisions are final. Please mail, email, or fax your request to:
